My host family

My host family is called “Eubanks” and is a very kind family. It lives in Whitsboro, Texas.

My host mother is Betty, a 71 years old very kind and friendly woman.She has 4 daughters who are in their fourties (Sharon,Diana,Debra,Donna). 2 of them are identical twins. They all live with their family in their own houses. Betty`s husband passed away 3 years ago and so I will live alone with Betty in one pretty house. Betty was born in 1936 in Oklahoma and is a retired military secretary. She grew up in Oklahoma and lived near Broken Arrow with her husband and her family for 20 years. Later they moved to Whitesboro in Texas, because of the nearness to Lake Texoma and the beautiful nature. Betty’s husband was a avid fisherman. They lived in Wiesbaden in Germany for 2 years many years ago and they liked the kindness of the Germans. Betty’s maiden name was Hoffman. Her ancestors came from Germany in the 1700′s. They were primarily farmers, although there were several teachers, also. Betty enjoys reading, church and yard work. She loves flowers and is a Democrat. She lives in a small, but nice house in Whitesboro. Betty has 7 cats, but most of them live outside.
